She had three offers ready for us by the end of the first weekend and counseled us as we maximized the winning bid. We then moved and she handled every single detail of the inspections and close. The process could not have been easier or more reassuring, and we sold for significantly more than we anticipated. Perhaps what is most important is that was not a one-off experience. I sold my last house through her, in the midst of the great recession, and she was able to find multiple bidders and exceeded the expected selling price then as well.
