With a background in hospitality, including 10 years as a restaurant owner and event planner, Kathy has honed exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, making her a trusted partner for her clients.

Licensed for over 20 years, Kathy is well-versed in both residential and commercial real estate. Her philosophy of "staying in touch" has been the cornerstone of her long-term client relationships, as well as her approach to parenting.

Kathy holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a master's degree in Business from the University of South Florida. Alongside her real estate career, she owns and operates an accounting firm, bringing financial insight to every real estate transaction. A native of Colombia, Kathy is fluent in Spanish.
